Key Responsibilities

  • •Support strategic initiatives related to VIP and Institutional growth, operational efficiency, client experience, and scalable platform capabilities.
  • •Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level strategies into scalable execution roadmaps and operating mechanisms.
  • •Leverage data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify opportunities, operational inefficiencies, performance drivers, and execution risks across VIP and Institutional initiatives.
  • •Establish and continuously refine governance frameworks, execution cadences, and organizational workflows to improve delivery efficiency, visibility, and accountability across teams.
  • •Identify cross-functional bottlenecks and systemic inefficiencies, and drive structural, scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes.
