Job Summary

Senior Strategy Project Manager (VIP/Institutions) supports the CEO Office by driving cross-functional strategic initiatives for VIP and Institutional groups. The role blends strategy, execution, data analytics, and AI transformation to scale operations, growth, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll partner with senior leaders to structure complex problems, leverage data, and implement scalable, governance-driven delivery across fast-paced technology/FinTech environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Support strategic initiatives related to VIP and Institutional growth, operational efficiency, client experience, and scalable platform capabilities.
•Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level strategies into scalable execution roadmaps and operating mechanisms.
•Leverage data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify opportunities, operational inefficiencies, performance drivers, and execution risks across VIP and Institutional initiatives.
•Establish and continuously refine governance frameworks, execution cadences, and organizational workflows to improve delivery efficiency, visibility, and accountability across teams.
•Identify cross-functional bottlenecks and systemic inefficiencies, and drive structural, scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes.
