Key Responsibilities

•Leads the entire product development cycle, from initial definition to GA, ensuring quality and schedule.
•Translates market and stakeholder needs into product requirements and definitions, and guides feature development and prioritization.
•Collaborates with stakeholders to guide feature development and prioritization, and translates user requirements into executable items for the software engineering team.
•Acts as an advocate for stakeholders during specification and development stages, and leads business readiness activities including end user training, product testing, and rollout.

Key Requirements

•4-7 years of work experience in product management, digital or software product development (or 3-5 years with an advanced degree) in a related field.
•Ability to translate market and stakeholder needs into product requirements and definitions, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and business stakeholders.
•Experience leading the entire product development cycle from definition to GA, ensuring quality and schedule.
•Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Jira, Kanban, Scrum, and project planning.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
