Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and process critical chamber components in a cleanroom environment.
  • •Use optical and electronic measurement tools to measure parts and sub-assemblies and ensure defect-free components.
  • •Repair and/or test equipment using work orders (schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and instructions) across electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of vacuum and optical systems; conduct troubleshooting and repairs.
  • •Work with engineers on root cause analysis and corrective actions; propose new fixtures/processes/procedures and support training for lower-level technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to lift 30 lbs. and work with chemistry.
  • •Experience with vacuum process and chemical cleaning of semiconductor components is a plus.
