Key Responsibilities

•Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
•Promote telecom products such as plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers.
•Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
•Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while handling objections and rejections professionally.
•Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards.

Key Requirements

•Strong communication with a neutral/clear English accent.
•Sales mindset with persuasive ability and strong active listening/customer empathy.
•Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
•Basic system/CRM handling capability.
•Graduate qualification (flexible based on communication skills) and 1–2 years of experience (freshers welcome; BPO/sales preferred).
