  • •Serve as the primary technical expert on the Cyera Platform and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers at all levels.
  • •Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes.
  • •Own customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion, and ensure long-term success.
  • •Lead executive meetings and technical workshops, clearly communicating complex information to stakeholders.
  • •Mentor other team members, participate in interviews, and contribute to quarterly business reviews and knowledge sharing.
