Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct R&D for medium-voltage gas insulated switchgear products and non-standard gas tank engineering designs.
  • •Address core technical challenges and drive continuous product iteration, innovation, and improvements in key process technology.
  • •Develop gas-insulated switching equipment and manage product series development and project work.
  • •Design and analyze electrical principles and key performance parameters including insulation, partial discharge, and temperature rise.
  • •Oversee prototype development, support prototype manufacturing and testing, handle small-batch trial production, and release standard drawings and BOM; provide line and market maintenance support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation-related fields.
  • •Master’s degree candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Familiarity with medium-voltage components/products and related standards.
  • •Strong English communication skills in both written and spoken form.
