Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary customer advocate, facilitating communication and collaboration across Red Hat teams.
  • •Deliver portfolio roadmap updates and help customers with product upgrades and Ansible Automation Platform implementation.
  • •Specialize in Ansible Automation Platform and provide technical expertise on its implementation and use.
  • •Perform technical reviews, investigate and respond to support requests, and proactively identify/prevent issues.
  • •Manage customer cases with clear documentation and advise on current and future Red Hat products while maintaining relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in a technical support, software development or engineering, or quality assurance organization.
  • •Experience with Ansible Automation Platform and similar automation technologies (e.g., Chef, Puppet, SaltStack) and broad automation knowledge.
  • •Experience with configuration management, application deployment, and infrastructure orchestration technologies.
  • •Ability to manage and grow existing customer relationships through proactive, relationship-based support.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline (computer science or engineering preferred).
