Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and development of electrical infrastructure systems (power distribution, MCC, substations), electrification systems (BESS, EV charging, power electronics), and ventilation systems (fans, motors, VFDs)
•Ensure compliance with Epiroc engineering standards and applicable regulations
•Review and validate engineering designs, documents, and technical solutions
•Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (Product, Supply Chain, Quality) to deliver R&D and customer projects within scope, timeline, cost, and quality targets
•Provide technical guidance and daily support to engineering team, assign and track tasks, and mentor junior engineers

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
•6–10 years of experience in electrical infrastructure or power systems
•Experience in R&D or product development environment
•Experience working in international or cross-regional teams
•Good communication skills in English and Chinese
