Key Responsibilities

  • •Attract, engage with, and assess high-quality founders by designing and implementing a comprehensive founder sourcing strategy and enabling the India team to source founders.
  • •Continued founder network development by proactively engaging with founder talent and cultivating Redesign Health’s reputation in India.
  • •Build and maintain a strong brand through marketing and communications activities to reliably produce traction with founders.
  • •Manage the founder platform and experience for founders receiving Redesign Health’s strategic support services for portfolio companies.
  • •Collaborate with U.S.-based counterparts, leverage infrastructure and playbooks, and adapt strategies to the India market.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in venture capital or 0-1 startup, with a proven ability to identify and connect with startup founders, preferably in an international context.
  • •Strong understanding of the Indian startup talent market and cultural nuances.
  • •Excellent founder identification, engagement, and assessment skills.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Fully fluent in English.
