Senior People Operations specialist

Manage end-to-end People Operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring seamless payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle execution. Own compliant employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding, employee status changes, and HR documentation. Maintain accurate HRIS data, administer group medical insurance, and coordinate with finance for payroll disbursement. Ensure full compliance with labor laws, social insurance registrations, and labor office procedures while improving HR processes and supporting employee inquiries.
