Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Systems Technology, or a related field.
  • •Third- or fourth-year student preferred.
  • •Be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • •Preferred: experience supporting laptops, mobile devices, or classroom/lab technology through coursework, internships, volunteer work, or personal projects.
  • •Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoints, Excel, PowerPoint) and ticketing/IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
