Partner with Corporate Development on fundraising and strategic transactions, help launch into new markets, and ensure go-to-market initiatives are compliant. Draft, review, and negotiate referral, marketing, and sponsorship agreements; manage outside counsel; and use AI-enabled legal operations tools to improve speed and consistency across jurisdictions.
