Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager / Commercial Manager - Energy & Natural Resource

Manage commercial and cost activities for major Energy & Natural Resources commissions, taking ownership of performance, quality, and client-focused delivery. Plan and execute work to identify value, administer contracts, and drive accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management, and variance/cashflow control. Lead cost control and value engineering with client and contractor teams, support final account agreement, and contribute to internal continuous improvement and knowledge management.
