Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and close deals with new gaming suppliers, leading negotiations from first conversation to signed terms.
  • •Renegotiate with existing suppliers as volumes grow to secure better terms for upcoming quarters.
  • •Set and maintain the team’s standards for order cadence, invoice tracking, and delivery follow-up.
  • •Escalate and resolve issues impacting margins, including stuck negotiations and supplier problems requiring senior input.
  • •Own price sheet accuracy and margin performance, escalating shifts to the VP of Operations and Finance; translate purchasing data into decision-driving reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management, with real time negotiating with suppliers.
  • •3+ years of gaming industry experience, ideally with digital gifting, e-commerce, or digital distribution exposure.
  • •Confidence negotiating terms that hold up over time, not just signed agreements.
  • •Ability to read margin and sales data and determine which conversations to have next and with whom.
  • •Strong supplier judgment and the ability to bring process and negotiation instincts to newer team members.
