Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop scopes of work for provision of outsourced services.
  • •Develop standard operating procedures and risk assessments for routine and non-routine works.
  • •Lead daily meetings to support day-to-day operations and manage FMS work tasks.
  • •Provide project management to meet budget and schedule across multiple projects.
  • •Maintain safety standards and performance metrics for contractors and service contract providers, and guide/training as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building related field is required.
  • •Experience in building maintenance related fields is advantageous.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communication and ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Leadership and a track record of impact are desirable; semiconductor internship/experience is a plus.
