Teach Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) across all early years areas, delivering a curriculum aligned with the new EYFS programme and the school’s ethos. •Teach all areas of the Early Years Curriculum with thorough knowledge and in-depth understanding of the new EYFS curriculum.
•Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons for the full ability range; organise the classroom, resources, and displays to support a positive learning environment.
•Provide support and interventions for students with EAL or additional learning needs, motivating pupils with engaging delivery.
•Assess and record children’s development in EYFS using Learning Ladders, using data to inform planning and interventions and providing feedback to parents/carers.
•Manage behaviour in line with school policies, follow safeguarding procedures, and contribute to CPD, curriculum action groups, and school events.
