Lead the sourcing function for Emerson’s Professional Tools business, driving sourcing excellence, supplier performance, and cost optimization across direct and indirect spend. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that strengthen supplier partnerships, support new product development, and improve operational efficiency and risk mitigation. Manage and develop a high-performing sourcing team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and use digital solutions, automation, Lean methodologies, and analytics to deliver measurable sourcing results.
