Event Services Manager

Oversee end-to-end event execution at Spark Arena, leading onsite planning, coordination, and delivery so every show exceeds expectations. Manage and develop a team of two Event Managers and serve as the key point of contact for promoters and hirers. Own ticketing operations, including on-sale requirements, daily sales monitoring, TM1 map builds, and post-event reporting in partnership with Ticketmaster, while driving safety and compliance.
