Create and manage loan/collateral documentation by indexing and scanning files, uploading materials into the bank’s imaging system, and following up on post-closing items. Track insurance expirations, monitor UCC portfolio dates, obtain vehicle title liens, and prepare payoff letters, collateral releases, and document retention. Coordinate with third-party mortgage servicing vendors and support audits, projects, and subpoena/summons document requests for the Loan Operations team.

•Maintain organized physical files and records.
•Monitor and track insurance expirations for collateral-related items.
•Obtain liens on vehicle titles and record mortgages as needed.
•Prepare payoff letters and generate collateral releases on paid loans, including providing documents to a third-party mortgage servicing vendor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.5 - 26.65 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and one or more years’ experience in consumer or commercial documentation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Knowledge of consumer and commercial compliance regulations.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Strong attention to detail with organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate verbally and in writing.
