People Advisor – Surface Ships

Support the coordination and reporting of people initiatives that feed the workforce strategy for Surface Ships programs. Maintain accurate workforce data, prepare regular reporting, and provide administrative support to people activities. Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve reporting cycles, manage competing priorities, and help deliver a positive employee experience. The role is 0.6 FTE with flexibility on hours and requires 60% on-site at the operational environment.
