•Create and review project artifacts describing current state processes, practices, and metrics, and determine root cause for constraints.
•Track and communicate enhancements to processes and practices to show desired results through KRIs/KPIs and other quantitative measures.
•Provide strategic oversight for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystem by translating business requirements into scalable, resilient solutions with data integrity and operational efficiency.
•Support testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
