Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, design, and govern the overall ServiceNow solution architecture in line with enterprise standards.
  • •Lead solution design activities, development support, testing strategies, proof of concepts (PoCs), and migration planning.
  • •Design and architect scalable, distributed on-premises and cloud-based services and applications integrating across multiple technologies.
  • •Lead implementation of architectural designs while managing expectations, risks, governance, and best-practice adherence.
  • •Translate functional and non-functional requirements into solution options, reference architectures, domain models, and design patterns; provide technical leadership to delivery teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •8–10+ years of overall IT experience focused on application hosting, solution architecture, and design.
  • •Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow SME experience, including solution design and platform architecture.
  • •Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and KPIs.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and enterprise security technologies (REST/SOAP/SFTP, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, SSL) and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX).
