Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead drafting and negotiation of principal customer-facing contracts, including original and post-contract agreements/documents.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with customers’ commercial counterparts.
  • •Coordinate contracting terms and risk management areas (e.g., warranties, deliverables, tax, accounting, revenue recognition, damages, costs, schedule) consistent with SoA policies.
  • •Represent transactions in the Deal Review Committee process and obtain cross-functional buy-in from legal, leadership, and subject matter experts.
  • •Manage the negotiation process and ensure timely preparation/review of deal documents, handover of executed agreements to fulfillment, and coordinate deviations when needed.

Salary: USD 84,200 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •B.A. degree in Business, Technical, or Legal related field (or combination) plus 5+ years’ experience fulfilling contracts.
  • •5+ years managing contractual documentation totaling $100M per annum or more.
  • •Proven experience drafting commercial contract terms and detailed commercial/legal knowledge of customer-facing agreements/terms.
  • •Proven success in commercial deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract development, drafting and negotiation.
  • •ERP and CLM experience strongly desired; Juris Doctor or equivalent career experience is a plus.
