Commercial Contracts Manager - Negotiation/Draft USA

Support the Americas Global Business Development team by drafting, negotiating, executing, and managing customer-facing sales contracts that protect bookings and profitability. Lead preparation of original and post-contract agreements (e.g., change orders, amendments, consents) for agreements such as Module Sale Agreements. Coordinate with legal, contract management, and fulfillment teams to align commercial, legal, and execution risk, obtain cross-functional buy-in, and ensure timely handover to fulfillment.
