Key Responsibilities

  • •Recommend, plan, implement, and coordinate HR programs, policies, and day-to-day personnel activities in line with legal and company guidelines.
  • •Support HR functions including recruitment/employment, personnel records, employee and labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects.
  • •Prepare reports to meet legislated requirements or organizational needs, and communicate/implement corporate, divisional, and local HR policies.
  • •Coordinate the recruitment process for open hourly or salary positions and assist with selection and promotion of hourly and salaried workforce.
  • •Handle day-to-day employee relations issues, maintain affirmative action and EEO plans, and manage end-of-employment processes for separations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resource (HR) experience.

  • •Experience in an HR function within a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • •SHRM or PHR certification, plus knowledge of HR information systems and employment laws (ADA, EEO, FLSA, FMLA).
