Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze data, content understanding, and user research to identify supply and consumption issues of vertical content and improve the vertical content ecology and user experience.
  • •Participate in creators-side analysis and strategy formulation by identifying the status of vertical content and creator pain points to support creation of high-quality platform content.
  • •Collaborate with other departments to promote end-to-end process optimization across content operations.
  • •Provide input for regional vertical content operation strategies and contribute to formulation of vertical strategies and quantification of goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy or relevant fields.
  • •Hands-on experience in vertical content operations, including identifying trends, defining vertical content directions, and executing day-to-day operations.
  • •Experience working directly with creators (onboarding, communication, and basic creator management) and supporting content production and iteration.
  • •Solid understanding of platform-based content ecosystems and vertical content dynamics, including how users consume content and how performance varies across verticals.
  • •Strong data analysis skills, logical thinking, and experience in social media or influencer marketing in a fast-paced environment.
