Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical and operational liaison between US leadership and the Philippines pod to ensure adherence to WMS data standards.
  • •Develop and enforce scalable workflows, documentation standards, and Jira-based project management practices across teams.
  • •Manage WMS data shares and design, develop, and maintain dashboards and ad hoc data support for supply chain operations.
  • •Maintain control summary dashboards to ensure WMS-owned controls are executed according to SLA and meet performance targets.
  • •Lead Philippines pod execution of complex data tasks, driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to automate risk controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • •Strong background in control design and testing.
  • •Experience creating, deploying, and maintaining dashboards for inventory and risk tracking.
  • •Advanced ability to build, deploy, and maintain automated dashboards for inventory and risk tracking.
  • •Advanced skill managing Jira boards, epics, and documentation; experience leading and managing a team.
