Own data operations and analytics for WMS extended operations, acting as the liaison between US leadership and the Philippines team. Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical and operational liaison between US leadership and the Philippines pod to ensure adherence to WMS data standards.
•Develop and enforce scalable workflows, documentation standards, and Jira-based project management practices across teams.
•Manage WMS data shares and design, develop, and maintain dashboards and ad hoc data support for supply chain operations.
•Maintain control summary dashboards to ensure WMS-owned controls are executed according to SLA and meet performance targets.
•Lead Philippines pod execution of complex data tasks, driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to automate risk controls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any field.
•Strong background in control design and testing.
•Experience creating, deploying, and maintaining dashboards for inventory and risk tracking.
•Advanced ability to build, deploy, and maintain automated dashboards for inventory and risk tracking.
•Advanced skill managing Jira boards, epics, and documentation; experience leading and managing a team.
