Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop HVAC systems and solutions, including scoping, concept development, engineering analysis, and system validation.
  • •Support account managers with installation budgets and RFQs, including scope statements, milestone dates, specs, permitting, and bonding requirements.
  • •Provide technical support for business pursuit, including participation on strategic job acquisition teams.
  • •Manage design deliverables from conceptual site plans and preliminary engineering documents through construction documents.
  • •Quantify energy savings with energy engineers and validate/improve Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes while supporting acquisition and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree in Engineering, Technical field, or Business.
  • •Working knowledge of cost and savings studies using energy conservation measures (ECM).
  • •Working knowledge of energy rebate programs, utility tariffs, and utility bill analysis.
  • •Ability to audit mechanical/building systems and recommend solutions to improve.
  • •Project Management and Performance Contracting/ESCO experience required.
