Project Developer

Support acquisition and development of turnkey design-build and energy performance contracting projects for an Energy Services Company. Work with internal teams and customers to scope HVAC solutions, develop engineering analysis, estimate costs, and prepare RFQs (including specs, permitting, and bonding). Manage design documentation from concept through construction documents, quantify energy savings with energy engineers, and help validate and improve design-build and ESPC processes. Some travel required.
