Job Summary

Lead end-to-end UX research for the Financial Reporting product portfolio, spanning discovery through evaluative studies. •Partner with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, reduce product risk, and translate findings into recommendations.
•Develop research methods for AI-powered experiences, including evaluating trust, usability, adoption, and human-AI interaction.
•Mentor teammates, share research best practices, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences while supporting research operations as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Social Sciences (or related) or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of experience conducting UX research for digital products in a product-driven environment.
•Experience researching AI-powered or Generative AI product experiences.
•Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
•Strong understanding of experimentation, survey design, behavioral research, and statistical analysis.
