Key Responsibilities

  • •Map, baseline, and digitize command workflows and Joint Staff standards using process intelligence methods.
  • •Identify workflow bottlenecks and develop versioned workflow diagrams.
  • •Design and maintain minimum viable ontologies in OWL/RDF/SKOS to standardize metadata and enable AI/LLM access to authoritative data.
  • •Configure and support Microsoft 365/DEOS capabilities and train knowledge managers and functional users on metadata and knowledge capture.
  • •Review agile work packages for accuracy, adherence to governance standards, and MVP delivery using tools like JIRA and Slack.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (mandatory; no substitutions).
  • •10+ years’ experience in knowledge management, process engineering, or related fields.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams in DoW/IC environments.
  • •Hands-on Microsoft 365 configuration: SharePoint administration, Power Automate workflows, and Teams governance.
  • •U.S. citizenship and ability to hold required DOD security clearance (TS/SCI).
