Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating day/night schedules every 4 months and adapt to overtime as needed.
  • •Capability to regularly lift 25–40 pounds and perform tasks requiring long standing and walking up to 5 miles per shift.
  • •Set up and operate semiconductor processing equipment while monitoring and guiding line operators to ensure quality.
  • •1+ year experience using SPC software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and/or experience identifying performance gaps and implementing improvements.
