Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical lifecycle and operational health of the GPU fleet, reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure Capacity & Management.
•Validate new hardware and benchmark partner deployments for distributed AI/ML workloads.
•Monitor fleet health and audit downtime to protect customer SLAs.
•Automate network triage using LLMs/AI agents and generate dynamic runbooks for the fleet.
•Coordinate incident support and partner technical support with clear, actionable communications.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in infrastructure operations, systems reliability, or datacenter engineering.
•Strong datacenter networking and performance troubleshooting, with preferred exposure to RDMA, InfiniBand, or RoCE.
•Hands-on NVIDIA Software Stack experience (driver installation, performance utilities) and multi-node performance tuning.
•Solid Linux administration skills and containerization experience with Docker; comfortable with kernel and hardware-interface troubleshooting.
•Clear written and verbal communication to explain hardware/network issues to partners and internal leadership; may participate in future on-call rotation.
