Key Requirements

  • •Solid SHE/HSE/EHS experience in complex industrial environments, especially with exposure to critical risks and high-hazard operations.
  • •Practical knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and occupational safety practices, including confined space entry, working at heights, and hot work.
  • •Experience with process safety, combustible/explosive materials, incident investigations, audits, KPIs, and corrective action plans.
  • •Proven experience leading technical teams and influencing operations, leaders, employees, and contractors.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA standards and ISO 14001/ISO 45001 (or OHSAS 18001), plus HAZOP, GHS, industrial hygiene, and Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS/SafeStart).
