Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn to own portions of installations, including coordinating break/fix incidents and problem management during the project lifecycle.
  • •Work jointly with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
  • •Action less complex configurations and installations as part of the End User Compute technical services delivery.
  • •Attend to less complex break/fix events during the project lifecycle.
  • •Support Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers and perform related tasks as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or related field.
  • •Entry level experience in technical implementation engineering focused on End-User Compute.
  • •Relevant proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365/O365, Exchange/Exchange Online, SCCM, Intune, Teams, Azure, and Windows/Windows Desktop.
  • •Basic understanding and appreciation of technical design principles.
  • •Strong verbal communication, client service orientation, and a strong learning orientation.
