Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit and refine the planned & preventive maintenance program, improving equipment inspection and PPM practices.
  • •Partner with production teams to analyze asset performance including asset usage, equipment effectiveness, remaining life, and related cost/reliability parameters.
  • •Use Maintenance KPIs to optimize costs, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities to improve asset performance.
  • •Analyze equipment failure history to detect recurring failures and design/coordinate solutions for repeat issues.
  • •Maintain master data and update the Maintenance Management System (SAP-PM), leveraging the KAMPS process and tools while acting as SME for Maintenance & Reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Asset Integrity Management, or Maintenance & Asset Management is highly desirable.
  • •Experience as a Maintenance/ Reliability Engineer in a similar role.
  • •Experience in the production industry; food industry/chemical industry knowledge and food-safety compliance are highly desirable.
  • •Proven track record building strong working relationships.
  • •Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
