Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate business units in their Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) performance for Credit & Fraud Risk.
  • •Identify risks across business processes and systems with business process owners, and categorize controls by mapping them to risks and processes.
  • •Support control monitoring supplemental to business process owners’ testing and compile operational risk trends, activities, and events.
  • •Enable proactive identification of gaps in data, process, documentation, and controls against established standards across CFR functions.
  • •Conduct assessments and testing/QA programs to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met, including periodic RCSA reviews and thematic risk reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in risk strategy, with operational risk management experience (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios for RCSA.
  • •Experience facilitating risk and control self-assessments, including sound understanding of control management and assessment criteria alignment.
  • •Project management, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across business units, functional areas, and geographies.
  • •Experience in process governance aligned to policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards (MBA/advanced degree or certifications advantageous).
