  • •Perform preventative maintenance and service repairs using service manuals, OJT, OEM, or third-party training.
  • •Identify and resolve customer issues, provide appropriate communication, and involve site service personnel when needed.
  • •Independently complete PMs, FCOs, installations, and related tasks.
  • •Independently diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems to resolve customer issues.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years servicing medical equipment, with experience in biomedical/patient monitoring, blood pressure monitors, defibrillators, or infusion pumps preferred.
  • •Associates degree in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of electronic circuit boards, schematics, processors, and computer hardware, plus ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.
  • •Ability to understand and use necessary tools and test equipment to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.
  • •Must be able to work flexible hours (including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations) and safely work with radiation sources/radioactive materials.
  • •Must be able to travel when needed to customer accounts within the area.
