Support the Workplace Design team in shaping workplace standards across ByteDance’s global portfolio. Help turn design and strategy ideas into clear visual, spatial, and presentation outputs—producing technical 2D drawings, small-scale 3D models, zoning diagrams, layouts, and documentation. Build visual storytelling skills through sketches, renderings, diagrams, and design decks, while contributing to workplace identity, wayfinding, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
