Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct yoga classes and personal sessions for spa and fitness guests.
  • •Own day-to-day studio readiness (setup, cleanliness, hygiene) before and after each guest/class.
  • •Manage yoga bookings via Spa Soft, including check-in/registration, billing, and upselling of yoga services.
  • •Promote yoga activities and classes using internal marketing/PR and guest interaction.
  • •Support spa operations by completing opening/closing checklists, handling guest requests/complaints, reporting maintenance/product needs, and assisting with tours and changing rooms as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Conduct required yoga classes and personal sessions to meet guests’ expectations.
  • •Maintain day-to-day operation standards, including equipment, products, cleanliness, and hygiene in activity areas.
  • •Check spa yoga bookings in Spa Soft before and throughout the day, adapting to last-minute booking changes and handling guest profiles/comments.
  • •Provide courteous, personalized spa guest service and support empathy and wellbeing during bookings.
  • •Demonstrate thorough knowledge of spa products/services, contraindications, and comply with safety, health, hygiene, fire, and emergency procedures.
