Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex severe mental illness patients.
  • •Provide continuous, regular support to patients as they navigate recovery, in person and occasionally virtually.
  • •Deliver evidence-based, holistic care within a wrap-around care model.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Licensed Psychologist, LMSW, AMFT, or LPC license in the state of CA; onsite supervision for limited permits is available.
  • •Active Medi-Cal credentialing is required.
  • •At least 1 year of experience working with patients with severe mental illness and an interest in working with adults.
  • •Experience delivering evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, or MI.
  • •Strong understanding of confidentiality and appropriate documentation standards.
