Mental Health Therapist

Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex patients with severe mental illness in an integrated, wrap-around care model. Support patients regularly as they navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually, and collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, and behavioral health providers to ensure cohesive, longitudinal care. You will also consult with therapists on the care team and help support program development for CA clinic operations.
