Job Summary

Lead multiple Workday Success Plans projects, coordinating delivery of packaged services and deployment guidance for customers across industries. Drive project execution using project management practices (staffing plans, access coordination, meetings, forecasts, and closure tasks) while managing the customer relationship. Serve as a Success Plans specialist, communicate objectives and delivery strategies, mentor consultants, and lead internal and customer meetings to deliver projects on time and under budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead projects to deliver Workday Success Plans programs and services for customers.
•Communicate project objectives and delivery strategies clearly and effectively.
•Develop expertise in Workday Success Plans offerings and educate customers throughout engagements.
•Manage planning and staffing accuracy, and work with client project managers to resolve scope and timeframe issues.
•Lead customer and internal operational meetings, mentor consultants, and complete project administration tasks (forecasts, scheduling, initiation/closure).

Key Requirements

•8+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations in medium/large enterprise, higher education, and/or state and local governments.
•5+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
•Strong customer-service orientation and ability to educate customers throughout the project.
•Solid organization and time-management skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
•Ability to influence, interact, and collaborate with senior executives and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
