Lead CSR/Teller - S Pennsylvania (Lansing, MI)

Provide advanced customer service and handle complex CSR duties while exercising independent judgment. Follow risk policies by identifying and escalating concerns, ensuring actions deliver a positive customer experience. Partner with the Financial Center Manager to complete cash counts and FCA requests, maintain accurate balancing records, and stay current on policies. Assist with training, conduct consultative referrals to bankers and business partners, and maintain customer confidentiality.
