Scale TikTok Shop’s creator ecosystem by identifying high-potential products and matching them with the right creators across Electronics, Household Appliances, Virtual Goods, and Books & Entertainment. Key Responsibilities

•Work with Account Managers to identify high-potential products and determine which are best suited for creator-led promotion.
•Advise brands and sellers on making products creator-ready, including commission levels, sample plans, and campaign timing.
•Use data and AI tools to find strong products with low creator participation and convert them into action plans.
•Match creators to products at scale across Electronics, Household Appliances, Virtual Goods, and Books & Entertainment.
•Lead creator outreach and manage a creator pool, tracking content, sample usage, and sales performance to share insights and improve workflows.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in e-commerce, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, category operations, seller operations, business development, or a related role.
•Ability to turn business goals into operating plans such as creator outreach plans, product sampling plans, campaign plans, or seller growth programs.
•Comfort using data, dashboards, spreadsheets, or business intelligence tools to analyze performance and recommend next steps.
•Strong communication skills to work with sellers, creators, agencies, brand partners, and internal teams.
•Strong ownership and follow-through while managing multiple projects and keeping stakeholders aligned in a fast-changing environment.
