Supervise wellsite operations for frac acid services, coordinating rig up/down activities and guiding operators. Key Responsibilities

•Promote excellent customer relations at the worksite and coordinate the activities of operators during equipment rig up, rig down, and preparation of equipment for a job.
•Plan and perform necessary calculations for fluids management at the well site as needed.
•Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed and manage chemical inventory at the wellsite.
•Possibly perform data collection and data distribution on jobs and conduct operations according to fluid design parameters and the job plan.
•Lead pre- and post-job safety meetings and promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness; participate in quality and continuous improvement processes

Key Requirements

•Two years of experience and completion of required competencies for current and next level.
•Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
•Knowledge of HMS, HSE standards, work methods and guidelines.
•Ability to plan and perform calculations for fluids management at the well site as needed.
•Experience leading safety meetings and promoting safety and environmental consciousness
