Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and send requests for proposals to insurance carriers and track spreadsheet results.
  • •Review contracts, benefit plan summaries, and carrier documents for accuracy under guidance.
  • •Lead responses to client and carrier inquiries, such as ID card requests, claims, and billing questions.
  • •Build and maintain client files, relationships, and support ongoing renewals and presentations as needed.
  • •Assist with compliance audits and filings (including Form 5500) and support client projects and regular reporting.
