Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the global Invoicing, Collection & Recovery function, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, standardization, and harmonization across geographies.
  • •Oversee business partner invoicing activities including invoice processing, collection management, cash allocation, accounting clearing, recovery management, and dispute resolution.
  • •Manage commission calculation and payment processes for business partners.
  • •Lead intercompany rebilling processes, including invoice management and dispute resolution between Allianz entities.
  • •Drive finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, IT system rollouts, and continuous improvement, while developing and mentoring teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Invoicing, Collections, Recovery, or Shared Services environments.
  • •Minimum 5 years of people management experience, including leadership of teams of 15–20+ employees.
  • •Strong finance and accounting knowledge across collections, receivables management, recovery processes, and financial operations.
  • •Experience with ERP platforms and General Ledger systems, preferably SAP.
