Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day IT access control and escalate complex access/identity issues across corporate and clinical teams.
  • •Administer Entra ID, including tenants, users, groups, licenses, and directory integrations.
  • •Implement identity governance: RBAC, joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle, and access reviews/audits.
  • •Configure and maintain PIM, Conditional Access policies, MFA, and SAML/OIDC SSO integrations for SaaS applications.
  • •Continuously improve onboarding and offboarding access processes, and support security/compliance initiatives aligned with HITRUST, SOC2, and HIPAA.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Security, or Access Control.
  • •Strong experience administering Entra ID (or similar cloud IAM).
  • •Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams.
  • •Strong troubleshooting across SaaS applications, endpoints, and identity systems.
  • •Experience operating in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, or similar).
