Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the response generation pipeline (router, orchestrator, synthesizer) that classifies intent and selects tools.
  • •Build knowledge retrieval systems (retrieval, ranking, validation) using hierarchical knowledge bases to ground model outputs.
  • •Design tool-use/function-calling layers that run end-to-end multi-step workflows, including failure handling for third-party APIs.
  • •Create evaluation and testing frameworks to measure quality and catch regressions from real conversations.
  • •Implement observability traces so teams can understand what agents retrieved, considered, ignored, and why responses were produced.
