Senior Marketing Insights Analyst responsible for turning marketing, campaign, web, and customer data into actionable insights and decision support. Leads deep analysis, dashboards, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize the digital customer journey and marketing performance. Applies statistical methods, builds self-serve analytics, and partners across Marketing, Digital eCommerce, Product, Data Engineering, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze the digital customer journey across marketing touchpoints, campaign engagement, onsite behavior, conversion, and downstream outcomes to identify patterns, friction points, and optimization opportunities
•Assess website and campaign performance using traffic, engagement, conversion, audience, channel, funnel, and customer behavior metrics; translate findings into actionable recommendations for Marketing and Digital teams
•Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and self-serve views to improve decision quality and reduce manual work; maintain those products for accuracy and usefulness
•Present insights and recommendations in a clear, business-focused way to Marketing leads, technical partners, and senior stakeholders
•Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital eCommerce, Product, Data Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and regional teams to clarify business questions and move recommendations into action

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,000 - 182,710 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or related analytical role
•Advanced SQL skills including joins, aggregations, window functions, data validation, and multi-source reconciliation
•Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and delivering stakeholder-friendly analytics
•Strong experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) and data validation
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners without formal authority
