Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the BU supply chain strategy aligned to AFCD Business Group objectives and corporate policies.
  • •Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and supply planning to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals; establish and monitor KPIs and corrective actions.
  • •Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborating across commercial, operations, product line management, procurement, R&D, and finance.
  • •Identify and implement new technologies, systems, and process improvements; ensure regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance; lead risk mitigation and manage the BU supply chain budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred (equivalent relevant experience acceptable).
  • •10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • •Track record of developing and executing supply chain strategies within a business unit or divisional structure.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • •Experience with supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) and driving digital transformation initiatives.
