Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical execution of live and hybrid events, including executive presentations and company-wide all-hands broadcasts.
  • •Serve as technical director for live productions, operating production systems such as video switchers, audio consoles, camera systems, playback, and streaming encoders.
  • •Build and run technical run-of-show materials (cue sheets, source lists, rehearsal schedules, and backup plans) and manage production contingencies.
  • •Direct contractors and onsite technicians during productions and communicate status, risk, and resolutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Manage event intake, technical scoping, staffing, and event technology readiness, including preventative maintenance and room sweeps.
